How it works
Accessing the SmileMate service is fast and straightforward! Here’s what you need to do:
1. Watch the video. Ask someone to help you replicate the 5 photos using a smartphone.
2. Fill in the form below and upload the photos
3. An A1 Dentist will review your photos & will contact you to provide you with a preliminary plan and estimated treatment time and cost within 2-4 business days
